Grief, change and transition are inevitable passages in life that seem to increase as we move into the second half of our presence here on Earth. I believe that every woman has the right to heal from within, speak from a place of authenticity and confidently move into the next stage of a life that is filled with love, confidence, and joy.
In 2007 I graduated from iPEC Coaching, and also became a Usui/Karuna® Reiki Master. I then went on to graduate from The Grief Coach Academy and have taken numerous other certification courses on energy and healing work. I most recently (2018), became certified through The Four Winds Society as an Energy Medicine Health practitioner. I have spent years honing my listening skills and learning to intuitively ask the right questions using my unique HEAL® Process, which combines the ability to heal life wounds then ‘fine tune’ and create a custom plan to support you in rewriting your new life story.
I have ‘walked the talk’ and base Full Spectrum Energy Healing on real-life events that I myself have survived. Years ago after experiencing a series of major losses including a major house fire, and a significant accident, I found the need to reinvent my life and discover my “missing link” – my true calling in life of helping others learn how to navigate grief and transitions and courageously step into the next stage of life with passion and joy. More recently after watching all of my immediate maternal and paternal family pass I felt the need to deepen my work even more by helping midlife women like myself step into the role of Eldership in ways that creates a legacy of true change for our children and children’s children.
As well as being a co-author of two best-selling books, Align, Expand & Succeed, and Ready, Aim, Inspire, I am a firm believer in giving back to my community and am actively involved with my local Humane Society, the Canine Cancer Foundation, Hospice, as well as several women’s recovery charities.
Splitting my time between Lexington KY and Western NC, I enjoy hiking, kayaking and of course most of all, spending time with my family and a few close friends. It is with much love and gratitude that I share my journey with you.
